P&C Insurer: David v. Goliath.


A regional challenger auto and home insurance company sought to steal market share from the big national insurers, requiring an organizational and execution overhaul.   


Coologee rebranded Plymouth Rock to drive name recognition, expanding the brand to sports marketing and product campaigns that were launched across channels. We redefined the direct auto GTM strategy, led the direct auto marketing department restructuring and implementation of the new strategy, and reset measurement.  


Team realignment enhanced workflows and output driving overall improvement in execution efforts leading to increased brand awareness and higher quality prospects at an allowable cost per acquisition.
