Protect Brand is Coologee's corporate communications and reputation practice. It covers the standing work that determines how much reputational damage an event can do: disclosure posture, message consistency, spokesperson readiness, and the communications architecture of a merger or acquisition. It is the preparedness side of reputation, distinct from active crisis response.
Companies need this work when reputational exposure is known but unaddressed, when a transaction requires communicating to employees, customers and regulators simultaneously, when an issue is building slowly enough to be managed but is not being, or when preparedness documents have not been tested against a real decision.
Runs either as a defined preparedness program or as ongoing counsel to the communications function. Legal counsel is involved from the first session rather than consulted at the end, because the constraint is usually legal and the cost of discovering that late is measured in days you do not have.
